Useless tip for this week:
OK so you have your muffin trays ready for the school xmas fayre bake off. Only the cat just ate the last of the butter when you were phoning your mum. And now you don't have enough time to run to the shop and you promised to send Jacinta with 48 fairy buns for the fund raiser tomorrow. Don't worry use a substitute - LARD! Yeah it may taste a bit weird but look at the positive - you probably won't be asked to cook anything for anyone again!
